im 13 and I really want a job. and babysitting is the only thing that sounds fun to me. plus I love kids and I have nothing better to do with my time until school starts. any answers??

You have to be very careful..I would get referrals from my parents, trusted friends/relatives, and maybe post something on the church bulletin board..Good luck and God Bless !!

I'd say referrals too. Ask your parents if they know anyone at work w/ little ones who need babysitting. You can always coerce your parents to ask these other parents for a night out on the town then you automatically have a job booked!

Well, get to know your neigbors and make sure you know CPR, First Aid, how to change a diaper, what time the kid goes to bed, ect. Then, your neighbors will start telling others about how great you are at the job, and etc. Or make fliers and tell your parents to give them out a work or something.
