How do i find out if my versace coat is real or fake

Hi I have a coat that was given to me a while back but I dont know if its real versace or fake.inside the coat it is covered with vs and says made in italy.it has a frilly label inside the coat with a big blocked v with collection written above it and...

made in italy next to it.it also has an image of medusa that looks different to the usual versace ones pls help

if its covered in v's it might not be real
fake things tend to have the label slapped all over them
(most fake chanel bags have this too)
if you can get to a versace store,
you could get them to have a look at it and tell you if its real
they should almost imedientl know
otherwise look on the store website and see if its something they sell.
or/and if they have t, look at there list of older items
