How do i make symbols?

I see some things on the computer with the weird symbols and whatnot
how do you do this?

There's a few. You can do ☺- alt 1
☻- alt2
♥ - alt 3
♦ - alt 4
♣ - alt 5
♠ - alt 6
• - alt 7
◘ - alt 8
○ - alt 9
◙ - alt 10
♂ - alt 11
♀ - alt 13
♫ - alt 14
☼ - alt 15
► - alt 16
◄ - alt 17

Etc. Play around with it. Don't do it with the numbers that are horizontal avobe your keys, but the other one, by the enter, shift, etc

press alt and press a #...use the number pad at the right hand side dont use th enumbers at the top of da keyboard.

to do it on a laptop you turn numlock on, and then some of the letters will have a small number on them, in top right corner, this is basically representing the small numpad usally to the right of the keyboard.
