How do i delete games off my ipod nano?

cant find out how to delete games I didnt put in my ipod and it says it is takin up most of my memory

Synch your ipod nano with your computer.
Then, via Itunes, you can delete the stuff on the ipod.

Then synch it again the game file should be gone.
