How do i convince my mom to get me bass lessions?

In the past, I haven't been the best at following through with things but I'm sure this is what I want. How do I ask her?

Well, tell her how you followed through with other things. The more recent the better your position.

I'd just tell her that you're really serious and if you don't follow through you will repay her for them... that usually works... if not.. you're gorgeous.. give her that cute lil puppy dog face lol

tell her that this is what I really want!!! pay her half the lessons if you have to
tell her that if I don't like it, I will still finish it
