Ah, I remember middle school.

I think it's up to you to succeed, not up to Tim. Do your best to ignore him when he's being distraction, take good notes, do your homework, and ask your teacher on your own time to help you if there's something you don't understand. Since you're already falling behind, you'd need to work extra hard for a while.

I agree with sleepy417. Also, have you asked your teacher if you can move to a new seat?

If your teacher refuses to put some distance between you and your tormenter than you do have to go over her head. At this point I'd probably ask to be moved to another class. If your teacher is showing favortism toward Tim she will probably resent your actions.

You could have your parents call the principal about this situation - creates an environment where 'unable to concentrate on your work' and the teacher refuses to resolve....Good luck !!

If I was you tell your mum to come in to the school. Either that tell him to shut up and tell him you wont to concetrate on your work not like you im sure he will shut up. I've had this before my mum came in to the school and they moved him next to another person who distracts people
Hope I've helped - lots of love

well the easyiest thing to do is tell your teacher that the person is annoying you and this has happend to me lots of times before and the easiest thing to do is give them a sharp look straight in the eyes and tell them to 'stop being a d*** head and leave me alone'
