If the quoted material is the only quote on the page, you may follow it with an* asterisk,
and at the bottom of the page, divided from the main txt by a horizontal line

* Dr. Richard Kimball, Studies in Auto-asphyxiation, Vol I've, page 16, Journal of
Oral Gynecology .

Should you have more than one quote on that page, give each quote an endnote number like this1 (which in word will appear small, and lower)
then with a dividing line after your last line of text (leave room)
