I want to cancel my son's myspace account. How do I do it without his password

1. Go ON his myspace and talk to TOM. (he is the owner of myspace)
2. He has like this totorial about how to delete the myspace.
3. He sends you a message on that profile.
4. It just says like *do you really want to delete this account?*
I think I got it down..
