ok this 16 year old just asked me out and im 13 ok!! thats really not normal for me but he wants to go to the movies do you think hes gunna stand me up???

Ok...well if you think he is sincere, give him a chance, because not every guy is like most guy...you know? so go ahead and give him a chance, and if that does not work...trust me there is billions of guys in the world...good luck..
