Just excercise and drink a lot of water. Also make sure you eat healthy and have breakfast in the morning within a few hours of waking up so your bodies ready for the day. If you run about a mile a day you should be fine. As sikashimmer said its an obtainable goal and you should have no problems reaching it. Good Luck!
