How can you tell if a molly fish is a boy or girl?

I have (so I think) a girl molly fish and I want a boy one so they have babies

Most male molly's are brighter in color and / or more elaborate in design. Some species develop a long point on the bottom of their tail. (Called a sword tail) The females are duller in color to help them blend in better.
