What is your problem? Are you saying you want a faster metabolism so you can be thinner?
There are ways to increase the speed of your metabolism. Exercising is the key however you said that you don't have enough time to go jogging etc.
Make sure you eat breakfast ! Your metabolism slows down thoughout the night because you havn't eaten for so long.
Eat 'healthy foods' such as lean protein and vegetables. The best foods to increase your metabolism are: fish, dark green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, blueberries and other fruits, whole grains, and at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Even if you don't have time to do a lot of exercise maybe just do ten minutes of weight - lifting (only if you have the time).

I heard that eating Chilli or spicy foods can fasten up your metabolsim, but I'm not sure. I, too have a slow metabolism so fun mail me if you get any tips!
Eating regular small balanced meals (6 each day) & drinking plenty of water, speeds up your metabolism.
I can relate, but I have a website for you to check out as well as eating good foods. We eat a primarily organic diet here in our home.
