Keep it moist so the infection can drain out and clean it with peroxide and use Neosporin. Also warm compresses will help draw the pus out. Try to avoid rubbing alcohol though because it tends to dry out the skin and the dead skin can lead to a worse infection. When my nose peircing was infected,I dipped a face cloth in warm salt water, and held it on the spot.It cleared up a lot.Sea Salt works Best
:]
never use plain salt or peroxide on it, peroxide is a harsh chemical, not designed for infected peircings
and dont keep the are moist! thats whats going to prolong the infection
the more moist it is, the longer it will heal
soak a towel in sae salt and warm water ( 1 teaspoon sea salt in 1 cup warn water)
