How can i tell my parents i smoke?

Im 14 and been smokin for ages now but still dont no how to tell my parents they both smoke so I dont see t being a issue. I no it will be easy telling my mum as she will just take it in her stride but I dont no how to tell my dad as I havent grown up to...

have such a strong relationship with him that I have my mum. I think its more important my dad nos as its is him that I live with. Can anyone help?

Both of my parents smoke and I'm 14 too.
I use to smoke but I was also idiotic and depressed even thought that's still not an excuse.
Understand that smoking is downright disgusting and parents are harming there kids by smoking in the first place. After all second hand smoking is worse.
Why are you worried about how to tell your parents?
You should be more focused on if your going to live? Get cancer? Stay alive to have a family?
At this point it doesn't matter if your parents care you smoke, it matters you smoke.
In the end you will only hurt yourself.
14 is too young of an age to smoke, even though in my opinion it shouldn't be aloud at all.
I'm not going to tell you 'how to tell them' I'm just going to try to inform you your wasting your life by smoking.

im 13 and I used to smoke since I was 12

but I stoped most kids smoke because there depressed...
if your not depressed all you have to do to stop smoking is do something fun that entertains you such as playing sports joining clubs at school
hanging out with friends that dont smoke

or slowly decrease how many cigarettes you smoke a day

Most kids smoke cause they thnk its 'cool'...I have a friend thats been smokin since 5th grade...he was like 10 n0w he's 19 and cant stop...I've tired helpin him but he says it's to hard to stop...it's all in your mind in what you want to do...But thats not 4 me to judge anyway I thnk you should just tell them str8 up it would be better then letin them find out...

Thanks for all your help and I no what you are saying and I suppose yeah I started smokin because of stuff happening at home and tbh I've been smokin for bout 3years and saying about cancer yu die one way or another so that doesnt really worry me

cancer should worry you
yes we all die
but its because of things like smoking that some people ned up living extreemly painful lives filled with diseases and cancer
cancer is not a good way to die
smoking also causes other cancers and attributes to other diseases
as well as destroying your health
it lowers your life expectancy
and prematurely ageing your skin and face
it is a big deal
just becausee your parents are slowly killing themselves doesnt mean you have to start, especially when your still just a child
and obviouly dont know any of the dangers involved with smoking
