How can I hide my special k from my sister?

my sister is a size TWO! and im a size SEVEN! she says special k cant make you loose weight and yes it can. I believe she wants attention and wants to be a 00. I also try to hide it from her b/c if she eats it then she'll be very thin

Your sister sounds like a smart girl. Special K can't really make you lose weight. If you do lose weight by eating Special K, it's probably because you eat nothing else and you're basically eating fewer calories than you normally do.

In the meantime, you sound both selfish and horribly insecure of your body. First of all, she's your own SISTER. Go share. Did you personally by your cereal or did your mother do it for you? If the latter is the case, then it's technically your mother's cereal, not yours. Second of all, so what if your sister is size two? From what I've gathered, she's not the one TRYING to lose weight; she simply likes Special K.

There are lots of promotions telling you that Special K can make you lose 2 dress sizes in 2 weeks.. a load of crap really. If you wanted to you would have to eat 2 bowls a day and a light meal in the evening... you probably do not see your sister doing that, stop being so jealous of her because she is family. It just happens so that she is slimmer. But I wouldn't worry about size, too many young girls worry nowadays.

Eating only special k does not make you lose weight...you have to eat properly and exercise. If you are really interested in losing weight, I would speak to my doctor about that, and they can guide you to the kind of diet you should be on...
