How can I stop judging myself?

I always judge the way I look and act. I have low confidence because of this. How can I stop judging everything I do? Im always afraid to mess anything up or let people down...

I do that to...I don't know how to stop it but yeah...someitmes I will say somehting or do something and than think why the f*ck did I say that...

When you start to think about the bad things, remember all the good things you have. Theres children in this world who don't have; food, a home, a family, etc. and you should be proud that you do. So when you feel down about yourself, remember how fortunate you are.

I believe that when people judge themselves it is because they have a hard time seeing the positive things in everything they do.

when you catch yourself being judgemental, ask yourself if you would feel the same way if your best friend did what you did. Sometimes it is hard to realize when we are being hard on ourselves. Give yourself a break. You are not a bad person. I promise. : )
