How can i stop having trust issues?

Can someone please help me if you can. I have a serious problem with trusting girls. Like, every girl that I've ever liked and went out with, I treated with respect and was completely honest with. And they would always stop talking to me for a couple...

days, and then tell me they don't like me, and then we end up not ever talking again. And, I've found someone that I like, and that I'm pretty sure likes me(I hope so after what happened) and so, this girl wasn't talking to me for 4 days and I was starting to freak out, because I was thinking, oh no, it's happening again, and so ai asked her what was wrong and I was sorry for whatever I said that upset her, and she was like, what are you talking about, I was just busy. And so, I just need some ideas on how to overcome trust issues, if possible. thank you so much!

maybe you should like make a move..lol girls love it when guys come up behind them and put there arms around them and they like bein kissed on the 4 head and hugged when there around u...they want you 2 make them feel like there your everything and all that matters to u..make your girlfriend your life and love her 3

Looks like we have this in common.
If this person hasn't done anything to make you not trust her, then you should trust her. I say if you don't bore this person, then she would want to keep you. And plus Maybe those other girls weren't right for you?

Try forgetting about your past experiences, like seriously.
If you keep on thinking and thinking and thinking about your trust issues of before,
they will come back with no doubt. What your minds focuses on is brought to you through the universe.
She could have just been busy like she says you know?
Homework, or work, or community work, everything is a possibility.
Anyways, what I'm saying is build up more self-confidence.
Every other girl is different you know.
