I don’t know about miles but my mom tells me to drink lots of milk or water and not to be in the sun to much hoped I helped

Moles really the only advice is to go and talk to your doctor, tell him how much theyre bugging you and he’ll tell you what can help or how to get them removed

Spots drink plenty of water to keep the oils of your skin healthy and when you are not out try not to use coverup it will only make them worse… keep your face washed and clean because of all the city polution now a days. I use ‘simple facial wipes’ <— any of the many types works.
