Why would you want them to stick out? You'd look a bit too skinny, and thats not good. But if you want to lose a little weight, try these tips::
Eat 4-6 small meals a day
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Do at least 30 minutes of exercise
Look on nutrition labels for low fat and low calorie foods
