Nope , a perm will make it stay curly until it grows out but thats the closest you r going to get to natural curly hair

well all you have to do is put your hair in a poney tail then turl it up in to a bun sleep whith it and your hair would get use it so it would be come curly happy

its like a perm but its called a curl activator, you put it in like a perm, when you rinse the hair, it will be curly...
