you wait. there really isnt anything you can do for your butt…you could workout and get it toned so that it looks better. And the same goes for the hair…you can only really wait for it to grow out. You could use special hair products that have nutrients and stuff in it to make your hair healthier…maintaining healthy hair will help to keep it in good shape and it will grow faster…also if you trim the bottom to get rid of any split ends. That will help

hey my name is naisha. well a lot of people say that if you eat cornbread it helps you grow a bigger butt. well to grow long hair you have to wash your hair everyday like I did and my hair is not up to my butt is up to my knees.! well good luck!
