How can i improve my self-esteem?

How can i improve my self esteem? Im 17, not had the best life so far and the guy i love dumped me! Now my self esteem is, well, poo! Any ideas??

You improve your self-esteem just being out in the public. Do some things that you are good at and try to push your limits in that. It will boost your self-esteem when you experience success in something Hope i helped.

I was the same.. i find the best way is to join a gym or start excersising because when you've done a work out you get a high, like you've taken somesort of drug that makes you feel great { i dont recommend you take drugs} you'll then start to look and feel better about yourself.

Thanks for the advice like :] but i alredi get accused of bein anerexic by my family =S so joinin the gym might not be a great idea lol.

Joining the gym won't make you lose weight if you eat properly. it can help tone your muscles, certainly helps your heart and will make your mind think better about yourself.

And also Go out buy yourself some really sexy clothes, get a new haircut and make sure you bump into your ex and make him see what he's missing! cheer up. x
