How can i improve my looks?

I've always felt so ugly and invisible around people so I want to learn what I can do to help be more confident about my looks. I've been told I'm ugly but I've never been told what to do about it. Please help, tell me what would help, like hair dye,...

you are deffinitely not ugly! You're very photogenic, you've got very original beauty, what I would suggest is to get some nice haircut, wih shorter back and layered hair on top of your head, you can dye your hair to add some colour to your face. Wear a make up, start with some mascara and lipstick, then try to experiment with eye-shadows, eyeliners etc. I would go for cool shades - grey, green, khaki etc. You look really great
