To be honest with you I have the same problem, I just recently found a product on the internet that helps reduce dark circles even take them away is called(DERMALEX), It cost $59.95 and it has a lot of great review, I checked for complaints about the product their was none, I'm about to purchase it this week , it said that it starts to work the minute you put it on your eye, so I will definately let you know the results.

Dark circles can also be a sign of dehydration. Try drinking more water and adding a sports drink here and there. See if that helps.

IR EVEN your FINGERS...PAT SOME UNDER your EYES...DONT SMEAR THE MAKEUP ALL OVER..AND ALWAYS USE COVER UP FOUNDATION OR POWDER DEPENDS ON WHAT you USE OVER your DARK CIRCLES...AFTER THE CONCEALER OF COURSE!!
