How can I get pimple free skin?

can you please help me to clear up my acne? rtnow I am 28 years old since I was 15 years old I am suffering from acne on mychin. I have T-zone oily skin.acne is present on my chin. I tried every thing like cinnamon, honey, lemon, every face pack of aloevera and on top of that I stoped eating oily foods and heavy food and speices also and I drink lots of water also. but cant able to get rid out of my acne. every time when go out I have to put concealer on my pimple and scares.I have very fair complaxion, So its look very ugly. please help me. I will be very thankfull to u.

I use something called Murad…it’s not that expensive I don’t think I don’t know the exact price though my mom got it for me and my sister (I’m 13) for a special deal off TV but it works pretty well and diet has little to do with your skin but still I geuss it might help. And so far Murad has worked good for me.

You should try changing your eating habbits, I have a friend who had acne problems, but she stared changing her eating habbits and that helped her a lot..She only drinks water and natural juices she does not eat candy. Wash your face every day. Sometimes all these acne treatments you find at the store dont really work for people with bad acne problems you should go to the dermatologist.

acne on your chin is hormonal. (cheeks are dietary and forehead is stress/illness). so changing food wont help much. a lot of people say that when they have kids it goes away or lessens. but I would recommend proactive too.

steam is said to be very good… them face steamers arent very expensive either

I’ve known people say that a warm compress is gd for the skin too…

damp flannel in microwave for a 45 seconds and just place it on face and hold it till it goes cold…

I cant promise these will work but worth a try :)
