How can i get more playing time in soccer?

I am 14 and have been playing soccer for 9 years.
I have moved up and am now on a premiere team.
However, for the last two games I have played only
a total of 5 minutes. We have 16 girls on our team and
I am never a starter and when I do go in at...

halftime,
if I even do one thing wrong the coach pulls me out and never
puts me in again. We have lost both games and I am not
the only one who makes mistakes. It seems as though the
coach hates me. When my Dad questioned her after the
last game, she avoided him said I don't do what she
tells me to. I disagree with this I come to every practice
and always do as I am instructed. Help!!!

Well your coach is retarded. Idk what to do but that's really stupid. Did your dad believe you about doing everything the coach tells you too? I mean he has to know you attend every practice. Make him talk to your coach again.

Give 110% not only in games but in practices. This may show the coach that you have what it takes and are committed to playing on the team. You may also want to talk to your coach at some point (like before or after a practice) and ask if there's anything you can do to get more playing time.
