I WOULD say that size 2 is gd, but I know what you feel like so I'll just give you good advice
Just set urself some rules:
1. don't eat any sweets or fatening food (e.g. chips, deep fried stuff, fast food...) , BUT allow urself a bit of chocolate, ice cream or watever once in a while
2. drink plenty of water
3. DO exercise! it doesnt mean getting muscly! trust me, if you play soccer, basketball, volleyball or something equivelent, u'll see u'll lose calories and feel better
3. have variaty in what you eat - make sure you get the proteins and all types food, simply CUT down on teh full fat - buy low fat milk etc.
hope you get down to teh size you want 
all I can tell you is watch what you eat and do lots of cardio exercising. that works best for overall fittness. good luck! and hey if it doesnt work out, think about all the people who would kill to be a size 2.

dont eat *bread/rice/wheat*
sugars
fruits like bannana and dates
dairy ,,just some 0%fat yougert once before you sleep
red meat
eat low carb veggies
tuna /fishes once in a week
run for 10 an dwalk for 20 min
Size zero is so unhealthy why would you want to do that to yourself?
it can cause so many medical problems so be damn happy with the body you have!

I'm a size two, and I want to be a size 0. Please don't tell me that size 2 is good, because I really have my mind set on 0. I just want to know the best way to do that. I've thought of swimming, but doesn't that just make your shoulders wider? And lifting weights or jogging would only tone my muscles, not reduce them, right? So is the only way for me to stop eating as much?
