How can i fix my protruding nipples?

I'm a young guy, small built, but I do some exercise. And for the past 4 years I've had really big, swollen-looking nipples! I absolutely hate them, and I cant take my shirt off without feeling really uncomfortable. Any help about the causes or...

solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated. BTW, noone else in my family has this problem, so I doubt it's genetic.

Hmmm....I'd actually go see a doctor about this. Swollen, big nipples...I had those when I started growing breasts. I know it sounds strange, but there can be a hormone imbalance in your system and it's possible it's affecting your nipples.

dont worry its nothing weird thing is some guys get this when they are in puberty i know they hurt and look funny like swolen i used to poke my cousins lol he still has them like that atm hes 15.

You sound like you are developing puffy nipples. This is normal although not too many girls have them. There is nothing more that you can do to hide them other than padded bras etc. By the way, there is a whole fetish out there of guys that love the puffy ones, so don't be discouraged, you are uniquely beautiful. Just leave them as they are nature is nice ,I like to look at protruding nipples and sure that most people look at you as well.

do not worry about it I love to see nice protruding nipples and make me want to touch them and I thing many people would agree with me and look at you twice nature is beautiful
