I’ve been to many doctors, they keep telling me I can’t fix it… but they NEVER told me why!!! and it’s not THAT bad!! when I went to south Africa, I went to another doctor there, she said it needs time to get fixed, but she didn’t tell me what to do!!! she didn’t give me anything!!! and I don’t live there, so I’m back home, with my AMAZING “FLAT” feet… lol who knows anythin I could do to fix my feet?? and keep in mind “they’re pretty flat” they look so weird !! I never cared… but it’s annoyin when it comes to buyin shoes!!!

I have the biggest arch in my feet when I was little I always used to walk like I was wearing heels try it it may help like my arches are absolutley HUGE!!

Answer #2

I had flat feet when I was young…I don’t any longer. I attribute that to…cowboy boots…really. I wore them constantly from 8th grade till I got out of high school…and now have arches. (not saying you should wear them, living in Montana makes them always in style…LOL)

But maybe find some shoes that you like well enough to wear, with good arch support…and see if you can turn your arch problem around.

well my sister had flat feet and the doctor gave her same things to put in her shoes so that they would not hurt her any more and he said that in would help her flat feet.. but I dont know what it was called that he gave her so I really dont know but hey most people have weird feet and most of the time feet are NOT pretty at all. but good luck finding help…

Answer #4

The only time it really requires treatment is if it’s causing the foot to roll in too much - otherwise, it’s a very common problem and with the proper orthotics can be easily pain-free.

Answer #5

I know how you feel cause my sister feet are flat and no one can do anything about it =/ and mine are nearly flat anyways

I think you just gotta live with your flat feet

Answer #6

step 1: your feet are tripods… if one leg gets pushed in, a tripod falls over the three legs are: end of ur big toe, end of ur pinkie toe, and your heel

if your shoes push any of them out of shape, get rid of them very soon. you can’t fix a problem if you are still creating it over again each day.

step 2: give yourself foot cramps in the soles of your feet by pointing your toes as hard as you can and holding it

the first few times it burns like fire and you might pull it out but after you let the cramps run their course a few times you get a dull burning instead of the searing hot pain and you WILL train your arches up doing this. i did. ^_^

lizzie you totally don’t just gotta live with your flat feet. o.o! doctors recommend the nike five finger shoes or going barefoot.
