First off, you need to get to know them because if you never get to know girls you will never figure them out. second of all, get to know lots of different girls because at your young age you probably dont knw wht type of girls you will like the most. and third, just be nice to them. don't worry about getting a girlfriend until you are comfortable around girls and they are made comfortable around you.
