How can I cut bangs?

I really want to learn how to cut bangs can somebody tell me how.

Well, I cut my own hair. So maybe I can help you.

Don't cut across. Cut up, until it's at the length/style/thickness you want it.

MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS DRY. If your hair is wet, you'll end up cutting your bangs too short, and that's bad. Make sure to do this in front of the mirror, and check yourself frequently, making sure you're not cutting it too short. It's better if it's long, then if it's short, because if it's still too long, you can always continue cutting.

As I said before, cut upwards, and not across.

um I say that if you want to cut your bangs them let SOMEONE else cut them, but if you want to cut someone's elses then attend beauty school or have someone that knows teach u!!

Check around some hair dressers will cut your bangs for free. They are depending on you returning to get the rest of your hair done and some other time. If you must do it yourself be very carefully and always cut less then you want to begin with.
