How can i convince my mum to let me get piercings?

My mums all like 'no one will want to give you a job if youre covered in holes' and im like 'yeah thats why you take em out' and shes like 'it leaves scarring' and im like 'what is a tiny dot, you can cover it with makeup' and shes like 'I doubt you...

would cover yourself with makeup every single morning at work' and im like 'I already do' and then shes like 'go to your room, you aready look like crap'

Well, what do you want pierced? Also, how old are you? and where are you from?

If you're over the age of 16, or just 16, you can get it done by yourself, and I'm in Canada, so that may be different if you're somewhere else.

Just pick out a few things, and show your mom some pictures. She has to like one of them!

Hm...try making a deal with her.
I made a deal with my mom that if I made honor roll for at least 2 quarters then I could get my belly button pierced.

I don't know my mum wont even let me dye my hair blonde because it rewens your hair. its not really about earning things but I can try it I guess

honestly just tell her that you want to express yourself as an individual... that it is your body the worst to happen would be a little scar from removal... I have my ears tounge and menroe pierced... honestly... I dont think it is unattractive as long as you dont have too many or huge jewlery... keep it feminen...

I have both sides of my nose, my lip and my ears, My works lets me have one facial piercing in, so I keep my lip in and put clear studs in my nose, =] I think piercings are cute as long as you dont get really carried away,

my mum wont let me get my tounge peirced cause she thinks it is a waste of money
but I really really want it done
