Girls, am I attractive?

I'm good with talking with girls, but I'm terrible when it comes to asking them out and showing them that I am interested without making things awkward if she isn't actually interested. Basically, I don't have that much confidence with asking a girl out and I more or less have a fear and embarrassment from rejection, even though I know I shouldn't get discouraged. I have no idea where I fall on the attractiveness scale and have wondered for a while. I thought I would come here and get people's opinions who I would never meet, so they didn't have to worry about my feelings necessarily.

So, please give me your honest opinion on how attractive I am on a scale from 1-10. I'm 17 and and 5' 5' (short, but still growing), 120 lbs.

Please be honest, I don't mind if you don't think I'm attractive.

Im 16 just so you know...and on a scale of 1-10 I would say...maybe like a 7.5 which is good.but its the inside that really matters and personality. looks are just a bonus. :] If you grew your hair out a little more I would say you would be like and 8.5 :]
