ok sometimes that happen but thats rarely . You are right. Telling him anything along the lines of You suck in bed will kill him. You probably won't ever see him again, and it would be really mean.
What you might do is tell him how much (emphasize that) you enjoy him, but that it would be even more awesome if ... he went down on you ... or what ever. And if that is better, then great.
But getting back to what I said earlier, since you are 16 y.o. it may be 5 more years before you really get an orgasm. And then it may be through oral, not regular intercourse.
