Hiv infection from cut at barber shop

Dbefore some days I was shaving in the barber shop and the barber cut his finger with thr same blade and he was bleeding during my shaving when I saw I told him to clean his finger when I went home I saw a cut on my face and it was bleeding I went to the...

barber and requested him to do medical but his owner did not agreed what should I do pl help me sir

First get tested! If you haven't contracted any virus, your just waisting your time, trying to get the barber tested with you. If your results comeback positive then it is time to consult with a lawyer. Write down all of the events that had taken place that day. Include date, time, location, your previous medical history and witnesses. Okay? I hope you didn't contract the virus.

OK FIRST OF ALL IF THE GUY HAD HIV IT WUD HAVE DIED AS SOON AS IT HIT THE AIR SO I THINK your FINE IT OTHER THINGS you SHUD BE WORRIED ABOUT..GOOD LUCK

HIV doesn't die as soon as it hits the air! Maybe you can warn them that you will take legal action if they don't agree with what you want to do... that might change their mind. Maybe you should get tested

U will not show + on an HIV test for up to 6 mths after exposure. you need to call the Dept of Health and let them know what happened. I'm not sure they can make hin test though. See what they say.

no, hiv doesnt die in the air, its in your blood, and that doesnt die once it reaches air
so tseirpeht YOU should get YOUR facts straight before you give any 'advice
and it was extreemly unhigenic to be shaving himself then use the same razor on you
so are you sure that even happened?
if so it would likly have been at a very unprofesional place
and no, the people there arnt required to do a hiv test just because your over acting and think he might have hiv
if you think you have it, get tested for it
if you DO end up having it and you didnt have it before, only then can you go back and request it, because you are sure you got it from him
but you must realise that not every person had hiv and your not that likely to get it
try to calm down

Go to your doctor and ask to be put on anti retroviral medication. It is the best for pre prevention.

Also I do think it will be very unlikely that he would have give it too you...as in an extremely small chance
