High school tips?

im going to highschool next year
im kinda nervous
do yu have any tips on how to survive haha no im serious?

I would like to know that, too. lol. eew, im gonna be 'fresh meat' next year...-_-. lol. ^_^. I heard that you should always try to stay in groups and AWAY from scary looking seniors... lol. ^_^

It's not as bad as movies make it out to be. There are a lot of jokes about freshman, but everyone understands it's just a joke and noone is serious about it. Being made fun of for being a freshman is like a rights of passage you could say. ahaha You'll be fine.

*Study and do your homework.

*Don't slack off, you'll regret it (like me, lol).

*Don't be loud and obnoxious, it kinda irritates the upperclassmen, such as the seniors.

*Try to make new friends, don't be scared of the seniors, try to be mature and talk to some of them when necessary! Just not the ones that party too much and are in the early stages of alcoholism. Lmao

Good Luck, you'll be fine just use some common sense and have fun but not too much fun

One huge tip: WHATEVER YOU DO - DON'T LISTEN TO INSULTS FROM OTHER TEENS THERE!

They don't know what the heck they're talking about and they insult people to feel better about themselves. A lot of them are stupid (no offense) and make up things to upset you.

Get ready to think of some really smart and sharp comebacks to insults and DON'T let it bother you.

Other than that, remember to study as much as you can. This is your life. And try to hang with the mature kids. Don't get into bad stuff, it sucks later on.
