How to get the thc out of my system in one day?

Please somebody help me I NEED to no if there is any way that I can get the THC out of my system in one day please so if anybody at all can tell me it would be a life saver you don't even know please!!!

You cannot purge your system of THC in one day. Sorry.

If you're an occasional user (less than one joint per month), one joint takes 3-5 days to be metabolized before the THC level in the body becomes negligible. If you are a regular user (more than once per week), it will take about a month after your last toke.

THC binds to fat lipids. THC is slowly released back into the blood over time and is metabolized by the liver.

It is possible in one day. I know for me I have smoked about 3-5 hits and I came up clean the next day. I suggest cranberry pills, cranberry juice, and a LOT of water. make sure that you pee a few times before the test. start flushing with water the night before and hold it until the morning and then pee it all out because that is when your urine is the most concentrated. just make sure you drink a LOT of water before the test and take a few pee's.
