Hes insecure and is it my fault?

Theres this guy that im coco bannanas over, he loves me like crazy. But now were apart and the last time I saw him, I might have given him the immpression that I was upset, hes really insecure and sensitive, and he thinks really negative, so im super afriad he might be forgeting about me and thinking that I dont love him anymore, there is exactly no way for me to contact him, so I cant tell him that im still a monky-inlove for him, what sholud I do?? He might be insecure because of me, I never really said I loved him, but only cus I felt forced, I want to say love u, becus I luv u, not cus I feel like I have to!! Help! Dose he still love me? Its killing me!! Every time I think hes flippin mad at me he says stuff like I really missed you. And im like your not mad? Hes like nope. Im wordering if hes mad at me now!!! Any advice??

Um...first of all...are you talking to him or the advicers?

second of all...try your best to get ahold of him and tell him you're sorry and you didn't mean to make him think you don't love him anymore...if you really do love him with all your heart.
