What is wrong with my laptop?
My laptop is a Toshiba Windows Vista HP, I signed onto my account on it, and after about 2 minutes it froze, and it never normally freezes, so I left it for a while but it still didn't unfreeze so I had to press down the on button to turn it off. I...
logged on again and the same thing happened, so I had to turn it off again. Then I logged on a third time, and before it froze I shut it down the proper day, and then it said completing update stage 1 of 3, 0% so I left it running, I came back an hour later and it still said 0%. So I had to turn it off again because it obviously wasn't doing anything. Then the next day I turned it on, and it began to load, and the vista screen came up saying please wait while it was loading the accounts, and it was taking longer than usual, after about half an hour it still said please wait, and I cant get onto my account because it never loads anymore! Can someone please tell me how to sort this out or tell me what might be wrong? It is really annoying me, im using safe mode at the moment. Oh and the night before this happened I run a virus check and it didn't find anything, so it probably isn't that? Anyway please help!
