get a tissue and split it..
(take the corner and pull it into two tissues)
then draw on it with a maker of any colour and the pic you want.
then put it on the spot you want it on
and put glue over the top of the tissue.
wait a few and soon enough, you will have your
own home made temporary tattoo..

or,
take tracing paper, or regular paper
draw on it with a pencil
put it on your skin
pour water over it,
and again, another tattoo ^_^
