what are the formulas for area and circumference?

all of them.
its on our 8th grade test! and I forgot them

area= length multiply times with
circumference is Pi times diameter

Area = base x height divided by 2 (triangle)
Area = length x width (square/rectangle)

Circumference = Pi x radius squared

Area of square: length x width
circumference of circle: Pi x radius squared or Pi x diameter or 2Pi x radius

since when did radius squared become the diamter?

are squared is not equal to 2r... (unless are happens to be 2...)

The area of a circle is pi r2 (radius squared multiplied by pi)

The circumference of a circle is pi x d (pi multiplied by the diameter) (diameter = 2r)
