How to soothe my sore throat?

I've just recently perfected my inhale screamo
and my throat gets rele sore after about a day after I do it

so I need help on a way to soothe ym sore throat
and a way I can keep screamo-ing without burning out my throat
(my throat and voice box get sore)

well since you just perfected it your throat has to get used to it and take the damge for a bit,like when you work out the next day your gunna be sore

use a steam inhaler..it will work wonders

Don't inhale screamo. Take sum honey and lime together. These will help soothe your throat.
