if they continuosly open up and so fast that you cant close them
shut down the computer
if you cant click it press the button to close it
my computer has done that 2 times
and both times it returned to normal once I shut it down

u must have kept hitting the internet icon b/c it was takeing too long to load so when it finally did a buch of them opened...It's happened to me before...
