There are tons of good answers on this question if you use our site search, the short answer is you use a proxy, however, it might not work if your networking staff at the school know what they are doing.

Oh yeah, our teachers do that to us too. Proxy's don't work at our school anymore, after the teachers found out about them... well they made sure they fixed that. Ugh it sucks!
