How to make my hair not look stupid?

so I died my hair black :|
and it kind of looks..horrible?!?
I want to add blonde, (like bleach blonde) to the bottom
but like is that weird?
because most people do blonde top and black bottom
but like, im tanned and have dark eyebrows and will...

I just look stupid?

I feel like im forgeting something I wanted to say..

well I think it will be nice. I know three chicks that have it and they are tan too. and I think it looks very nice. I think you should do it.

do you have pictures of what it would look like?
because I want to see what it might look like :S

I have a few friends who are tan and have their hair black on top and bleach blond on the bottom and I think it looks pretty pimp'n.

I knw people whos hair isnt layered at all but they have that hair style and it looks awesome!!!

you could totally do it - and dont worry about the dark eyebrows - bleached blonde looks good with dark eyebrows - makes your eyes stand out - either way - blonde on top or blonde on bottom will look rockin like dokken

I have been bleaching my hair Barbie blonde for about 20 years now and I've dyed it almost every color there is - and then back to blonde.
