Help . how can i stop thinking about this

I did a bad ting and I regret doing it
I think im a good person but after doing this bad thing , am I bad person , or a good person just done a bad thing ?

it doesnt mean you are bad, you just made a mistake thats all

We should all try doing less and less mistakes we can... your not a bad person..

You can not change the past, you can only learn from it.

If you have learned from your mistake and changed than you are not a bad person.

EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES.. EVERYBODY HAS THOSE DAYS.. WELL IF you WANT TO STOP THINKIN ABOUT I WOULD ADVISE you TO GO OUTSIDE AND WORK OUT.. OR GO OUT WITH SOME FRIENDS.. AND JUST FORGET THE PROBLEMS...
