The key is to work out your core.. a good way to do that is to use and exercise ball and exercise there.. it automatically works out and streghthens your core because you are having to balance on the ball. Along with that you need to do cardio to burn the fat that could be there!
Ab workouts without cardio will not help your stomach go down.
