drink water and stretch, don't eat right before your game.. you will get cramps.

stretch and run and drink water and get puimped up, I mean like get all excited and have lots of spirt and faith that you will win!

first of all get up early and take a nice jog.
warm up but dont over power yourself.
eat fruit for breakfast and before the game.
eat a big lunch but nothing unhealthy.
stretch before the game.
