Answer #1

Do not care about the bad side of your parents. Just forget it. You write that you have good grades, that is nice, but that also comes from your parents. If a 17 yo girl who has good grades and a trustful boyfriend has to think about her future. It is pity that your parents does not support you emotionally, but if you are strong enough it is does not matter. You and your b/f should support each other, the time works for you, and you will be a winner. I have seen such a fates, later the parents had to reconsider all of their behavior, opinion, etc. So just go ahead forward to your happy future.

Answer #3

it’s quite sad for parents to say such mean things to their children. Try to stay out of their way because you don’t have long to live with them, find a job so you can see less of them. Your parents is not happy with themselves and they’re takeing it out on you. It wouldn’t matter who you talk to as a boyfriend they’ll alway find a problem in them. So when they trow all these hateful words to you tell that’s when you started to pray for them. Just hold on you’ll be from under those hateful words.

Answer #4

run away.
