How can i lose weight?

^__^ im happy now. Asked by kaileykins12 about 1 year ago, 6 answers.

I want to loose weight.
I want to starve myself.
You see;; I recently had the stomache flue.
And i didnt eat anything for 5 days.
and i lost 10 pounds!
I was so excited! :D
Then i started slowly eating again.
Its not like i eat a lot.
I dont eat...

Breakfast.
I have Maybe an Apple Sauce for lunch.
And A normal Dinner.
Anywayys.. I gained it all back within two days :[

Im thinking of starving myself..
for maybe two weeks.
And i will also Exersize.
A lot.

Do you think this will work?
Do you have any tricks to make myself not feel hungary?
Please Help.

laxatives.
you eat
then you poop it all out.
even though i think your skinney
enough , you do what feels right.
not eating,wont get you anywhere.

THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!!! Eat Healthy, reasonably-sized meals and exersize daily. I lost 20 pounds by going SOuth Beach and taking some dance classes

Try going Vegetarian or Vegan. I went Vegan for a WEEK in January and lost 30 pounds!!! And I haven't gained it back until Thanksgiving...stupid Pecan Pie...

Try this. Wait until after the holidays. Then write down exactly what you eat for 2 weeks. Be honest. Figure how many calories for each entry, but don't try to restrict your diet. At this stage you are trying to get a feel of how much you are eating.
At the end of the 2 weeks figure out (or call your doctor !!!) how many calories you need to start losing weight.
Now look at your log of what you ate. If you are like me you will quickly find several things each day that shot you well over your target. (I tended to buy Oreo cookies and eat them in 2 settings, sometimes on the same day.) That is what you want to try to avoid. Eat healthy, and drink enough fluids (water, coffee, tea, or whatever) just remember to keep track.
Start becoming more active and the pounds will drop even faster. If the activities are fun that is even better because you are more likely to stick with it. (Dance classes, tennis, skiing, swimming, hiking, mall walking, brisk walking your (or others) dog, jogging with a friend).
